Morning, all! We've new guest art to share! LionkingCMSL did this awesome render of Ruby for us. *squeee* I love it! Thanks so much!

I've been meaning to post this for a few days now, but I still haven't quite been feeling myself. I'm sorry for the delay. Speaking of which, I should get back to work. Thanks again!

Hey all, Darc here. Issue 10 is now off at the printers! We should receive the hard copies in about a month or so. If you'd like to read the issue now, it's available in the Supporters Area.
    ISSUE 10 : INTERNAL AFFAIRS
    Four weeks have passed since their mission in Astoria, and Max and Ruby are finishing up their disciplinary rotation duties. Meanwhile, Queen Moraine is discovering that the Commander's been hiding a secret from her for years.
We've been offering the back inside cover to people whose work we enjoy. This issue's ad is for "Autumn Lake" by Mark Savary, a comic I like very much. It also doesn't hurt that Mark's a sweetie.

The back cover of Issue 11 is already reserved for White Pony's "The Living Projects," cool 3D animated characters in a digital frame you can hang on your wall. As for the ad in Issue 12... that's still a way off. We'll talk more about that at the end of Issue 11.

Speaking of which, Issue 11 will begin this upcoming Monday in the Supporters Area. The synopsis...
    ISSUE 11 : UNEASY ALLIANCE
    Between funneling questions about the founders, dealing with a red head during her PMT, and finding out he’s been assigned as royal baby minder, it’s shaping up to be a long, dull evening for Max. Or is it? The time to renew the treaty with the Fey Courts is here.
The color version of Issue 10 will start this next week as well. And, let's not forget "The Incident." So yes, I've a busy few weeks ahead. Which means, I'd better get back to work. Thanks for reading and take care!

"It is no secret that organized crime in America takes in over forty billion dollars a year. This is quite a profitable sum, especially when one considers that the Mafia spends very little for office supplies."

Hey, guys. Darc here. More on the lump. I was able to move my ultrasound appointment to yesterday morning instead of this afternoon - which was good, things were getting more than a little painful. So, after 40 minutes of being poked, prodded, and fondled by the ultrasound wand, the diagnosis was one REALLY big, clear cyst. No cancer hidden inside (thank goodness) and no real reason why aside from 'they sometimes happen.'

A shot of lidocaine and a big needle/syringe later, the cyst is gone, taking most of the pain with it. Now I've just this sore spot where the needles went in. That should be gone in a day or so.

They also found a smaller one nearby. Hopefully it won't grow too big and will disappear on its own. I don't want to go through that again any time soon. Though I have found I'm no longer afraid of needles. O.o;

So yes, a little sore, but all clear. Sorry for the worry. Also, sorry the delay on the Supporters side of the site. I'll get back to work on things here in a bit. I've the edits for Issue 10 back from Joanna. Once those are done, the issue will be ready to send out to the printer. Which means, I should have it in a month or so.

Sorry again, and thanks guys!
